From the village of Es Cubells you have amazing sea views from the elevated cliff setting. The beach is known as Platja de Cubells (Playa d’Es Cubells) and is reached by a steep path.
This village has all the ammenties one could want during their stay in Ibiza. There are two bars, a bakery and next to the church there is a fantastic restaurant called 'Es Cubells', we recommend that you make a stop here. This restaurant has an impressive and extensive menu with a great selection of fresh fish and meat all at very reasonable prices. Es Cubells restaurant is the quintessential friendly Spanish local eatery, providing well-presented, fresh food at good prices. Perfect for lunch on a quiet afternoon. The church in this little town is more impressive than others that you may come across during your stay. The pretty white-washed church in Es Cubells is positioned on a cliff so you have remarkable unobscured views out to sea.
The municipality of San Jose houses a small town of the same name, which lies beside the main road leading from Ibiza town to San Antonio. There are a few shops, cafés and restaurants, aswell as a town hall and police station. There is also a pretty church that is well worth a visit. San Jose’s coastline offers some incredible beaches and coastal resorts such as Cavallet, Ses Salines, Cala Jondal, Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbó, Cala Vedella and Cala Tarida.
