Kitchen fully fitted with modern appliances including drinks fridge. Accessed from the living and dining areas is a large modern terrace, partially covered with seating area with BBQ. There is also a further covered lounge area and two outside dining areas that are covered with pergola or unbrellas and the infinity pool of 9 x 4m with comfortable sun loungers for up to 8 people. The terrace and pool area have spectacular sea views of Salines, Formentera and Cala Jondal. The house is built on 4,500 m² of land and is fully enclosed with electric gates. Situated 10 minutes from San Joseph and beach Cala Jondal and 20 minutes from Ibiza Town.
Also on the ground floor is a guest W.C. and 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, air conditioning, T.V. and DVD player.
On the first floor are 3 further double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, two of which have jacuzzi baths. All bedrooms on the first floor have access to a terrace, all are air conditioned and have T.V. and DVD players.
Accommodation is for up to 12 people.
