This villa boasts and impressive covered porch, a heated swimming pool (10m x 4.5m - depth: 1.2m - 1.6m), an outdoor dining and seating area, Kettle slow cooker BBQ, table tennis table and views of the mountains and bay. There is a shared full size tennis court that is shared with the neighbouring property - see villa reference 044MP.The villa is great for large groups as the villa next door can be accessed from the property via a path which is also a 5 bedroom villa; making it the perfect location for large groups that want to take a holiday together. The villa does have separate entrances. The tennis court is shared between the two properties see villa reference 044MP.
Inside the villa on the ground floor is an entrance hall, games room area with pool table which opens onto the living room and fully equipped open plan kitchen and large dining area. These rooms have direct access to the terrace and pool area.
Also on the ground floor is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double rainshower and a walk-in wardrobe.
There is also a guest toilet and laundry room.
On the first floor are 4 double bedroom all with en-suite shower rooms. There is an open plan living area with smart T.V. and Apple TV that connects with all of the bedrooms. There is also access to a large terrace with stunning views.
Midweek towel change. Linen changed every 7 days.
