Description
This villa is in the ideal location for families looking to be close to the beach and in walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Puerto Pollensa. It is in the lovely residential area, Llenaire.It has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 rooms have en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms have air conditioning and heating for your preference.
The biggest rooms in the villa is the living and sitting rooms which has views out onto the terrace, garden and poolside. They are light, airy and modern with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and wooden beamed ceilings.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Outside the terraces are covered and shaded if you need to escape the sun. Alternatively, there are sun loungers for those wanting to soak in the rays. There is dining furniture for relaxing nights outside and alfresco dining. It boasts a large pool with roman step access and there is also a table tennis table for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated.
The villa has daily cleaning except on Sundays, daily towel change and bedsheets changed 1 x per week. It also has a washing machine, dryer and iron.
