On the first floor is a living/dining area with an open plan kitchen, all offering natural light from large doors leading on to the dining terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large island for all your prepping and cooking needs.
Beyond this room is the large covered terrace which overlooks the pool and garden with dining table and BBQ for alfresco meals.
On the ground floor are the four bedrooms;
Bedroom one has a king-size bed and opens up to the terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast. There is also a quiet reading area with garden and country views.
Bedroom two has a king-size bed with access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom three has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and country views.
Bedroom four has a large double bed.
The villa has air conditioning as well as underfloor heating, ensuring comfort in the winter months.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with chill out area, leading on to the garden. The swimming pool is surrounded with loungers and a day bed and you will also find a floodlit boules field to one side of the garden.
