On the ground floor is a stylish kitchen with lacquered island - fully equipped with everything you will need including an all important Nespresso machine and wine cooler.
The villa also has a bright, open living area, and a snug room with PlayStation. All the TV's have Netflix so the whole family can be entertained. Not only this but the house is installed with Sonos throughout, meaning you can play your favourite music in any downstairs area, including the terrace. You can even make use of the portable speaker upstairs in the master bedroom to enjoy your favourite music whilst getting ready for your day. Wifi is also included.
The villa is finished in a matt marble, keeping the rooms cool. However you also have air conditioning throughout - giving you time to cool off from the midday sun.
In the garden you will also find an outdoor kitchen with a sink, fridge and gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining along with a private heated swimming pool.
