Description
4-bedroom villa in Pollensa just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor area and fenced pool are a great asset for families travelling with children. There is an outdoor covered patio with dining area perfect for alfresco meals, seating area, and children’s playground area.Inside the villa on the ground floor is a spacious entrance hall, a living area with french doors which lead onto the terrace and pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with large en-suite shower room and a bedroom with twin beds and shower room.
On the first floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with small terrace, the bedrooms share a shower room.
Although the villa is situated in the countryside, there are neighbouring houses and horse stables, but this does not impact the privacy of the property.
Midweek towel change. Linen changed every 7 days.
