Description
A modern house located just on the outskirts of the pretty village of Lloseta.The detached property is just 500 metres from the traditional Mallorcan village which is full of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
The fantastic sandy beach with the blue waters of Playa de Muro is only a 20 minute drive away.
The house sleeps 6 people. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en suite bathrooms. A third bedroom with double bed is on the ground floor. There is also a complete bathroom on the ground floor, with a bath and a separate shower.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a light and airy feel. There is also a large, comfortable lounge with sofas and a TV along with a dining area for 6.
Outside you will find a private pool along with an outside dining area with BBQ.
This villa is perfectly located for those who enjoy mountain walks and cycling or would prefer to relax in the garden.
