The property also boasts an attractive infinity pool, which is not very deep.
In the middle of lunch or dinner and run out of wine? Don`t let panic ensue, the basement has a wonderful wine cellar with a good selection of wines and spirits (extra charge).
This villa is a beautiful, welcoming property of a high standard, situated near the golf of Pollensa.
The villa, built with local materials such as a natural stone facade, wooden beams and sandstone pillars, is surrounded by a charming Mediterranean style garden with olive and carob trees, and a pond within the lawn area. Special care has been taken in focusing on natural light and, the personal touches of the owner, which include a large wine cellar on the lower floor and an interesting collection of art.
The ground floor rooms, all lead onto a large covered terrace, with views onto the garden and spectacular infinity pool, with children`s paddling area and covered barbecue area and wood oven, ideal for al fresco meals and enjoyable evenings.

Split level -
1 twin bedroom (beds are together as a double), 1 double bedroom (bed of 1.35m x 1.9m), each with full en-suite bathrooms.
First Floor-
1 large double bedroom with 1 full en-suite bathroom (separate shower and bath). Walk in wardrobe and private terrace with views.
Exterior-
Covered terrace with dining and chill-out area, built in BBQ and wood oven. Infinity pool (8m x 4m, depths 0.5m - 2m) with children's paddling area and cold water jacuzzi. Extensive lawn area with carob, fruit and olive trees.

Although most of the rooms in the house have air conditioning, the ground floor twin bedroom does not. Fans can be arranged for a small fee.
One of the bedrooms has a standard double bed (1.35m x 1.9m / 4.6" x 6.3").
You are in a quiet location but `country noises` are part of the setting. The occasional barking dog or the early morning cockerel may be heard.
Towels changed midweek. Linen changed every 7 days.
