This beautiful, stone townhouse is a two-minute stroll from the main square, yet is tranquil sitting quietly in a traditional street. It offers comfortable, secluded and provides elegant living.From relaxing in the stone courtyard pool or on the breath-taking rooftop sun-terrace, this delightful house provides a captivating atmosphere.
Ground floor:
Open plan living and dining area. Four glass doors fold away completely to give seamless access to the stone courtyard and its pool. The ground floor also includes a well-equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs:
Over two further floors, three large furnished double bedrooms each have a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. One has access to its own balcony overlooking the courtyard.
On the top floor there is a second smaller sitting room, that has access to a balcony garden. There table and chairs make a great place for drinks or a game of cards.
Climb up further from the top sitting room to a sunny roof terrace and enjoy stunning 360-degree views over the rooftops of the old town to the surrounding mountains.
A cold-water shower provides an immediate way to cool off for those sunbathing and enjoying the view too much to return to the courtyard pool.
There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms
