The large dining room can accommodate up to 16 guests over 2 tables.
Adjacent is the modern kitchen with central island, pantry and seating area.
Also on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. The first has an en-suite and the second two share a bathroom.
The first floor offers another living room with TV and fireplace, this room leads to the upper terrace with seating and views of the estate and mountains.
The final two bedrooms are on this level including the master which has a full en-suite, dressing room and private terrace. A further office/study is located on this level.
Outside, the villa is set on large gardens.
From the villa there is a winding path which leads down to the pool terrace. here there is a good sized private pool, ample sun loungers, a covered terrace with outdoor sofa set, dining table and a summer kitchen with sink, fridge and built in BBQ!
Furthermore there is a perfectly maintained tennis court.
