Description

This is a beautiful villa in a very quiet location. 5 minutes walking distance you will be in the centre of Pollensa.

There is spacious parking before you come to the Main Entrance of the Villa. A big garden with the swimming-pool and sun terrace extends in front of the property.
The pleasant terrace in front of the Villa invites for dining and relaxing with comfortable furniture as well as ping-pong.
There are two entrances to the house, one in front and the other one to the kitchen. The living-dining room is a nice size, there is a well equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook a well-deserved meal at the end of the day.

Downstairs there is a double/twin bedroom with a shower/wc bath en suite.
On the first floor you find a double/twin bedroom with bath en suite and another Double/twin bedroom with an attached bathroom with bath/wc etc.

A sun terrace invites to relax with wonderful views over Pollensa and the Mountains.

If you are short of time, we can help with arrangements for your car hire and or transfers from the airport. Please note that these services are from an independent provider and are not associated with Haven on Earth. Your contract will be with the provider of these services and not through Haven on Earth.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
