Spacious 6 bedroom villa in Pollensa.This charming villa is set just outside of Pollensa old town and offers a mixture of modern and traditional design.
The villa comprises of a spacious living/dining room with vaulted ceilings and large windows and doors which allow ample natural in. furnished with a large sofa, TV and wooden dining table seating 10 guests. From here doors open to the well equipped kitchen with further doors to the terrace and a breakfast table.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, 3 on the upper level and 3 on the lower level.
3 of these are double rooms – 2 of which have en-suites. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are a total of 5 bathrooms.
Outside there is a covered terrace which offers a relaxed seating area as well as a further large dining table for alfresco dining. There is an outdoor kitchen with smaller dining table.
The private pool has roman steps and there are sun loungers, parasols and a day bed.
Furthermore there is a glass summer house with gym equipment and pool table – perfect for keeping the family entertained.
