This beautiful three-bedroom villa is ideally located within walking distance of the three sandy bays of Cala San Vicente which include an excellent choice of restaurants.

This one storey villa was recently refurbished and is finished to a high standard throughout. The open plan living areas are flooded with natural light and include a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with sofas and TV.

There are three bedrooms in total, one double bedroom and two twin rooms, making the property ideal for families. Each bedroom has air conditioning and there are two family bathrooms with showers.

Outside, there is a beautiful, covered dining area and brick built BBQ for family meals. The private pool is surrounded by loungers and parasols and is drenched with sun throughout the day.

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
