This beautiful five-bedroom villa is ideally located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Nova Santa Ponsa, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants shops and bars.

As you enter the villa you are welcomed by a spacious hallway leading through to the main living areas. Here you have a bright and airy lounge with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace along with bifold doors leading to the terrace and providing plenty of natural light. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a central island and dining area. There is also a separate air-conditioned reading room, the perfect place to unwind.

Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with double beds, ensuite bathrooms and access to the garden. The spacious master suite is located on the first floor and includes air conditioning, private terrace and ensuite bathroom.

The outdoor space at the villa is the perfect place for entertaining, with an alfresco kitchen and bar area, dining area and plenty of shaded or sunny chillout spots. The large private pool is surrounded by loungers and there is plenty of grass along with beautifully manicured gardens.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
