Magnificent villa to rent in Santa Euliala on the sea front with direct access to the beach using the garden path. There are many terraces around the villa to enjoy the sea view. There is a large pool (16m x 5m) with a diving board, a barbecue, a fishpond and many chillout areas with sun loungers and parasols to relax. Next to the pool there is a covered area with table tennis and table football. A quick 5-minute walk along the beach takes you to a selection of bars and restaurants.Inside the villa there is an open plan lounge and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities needed for your stay.
The villa has six bedrooms distributed in two buildings, 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the pool house.
The main house on the upper floor:

Lower level:
Bedroom 3- double bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4- double bed with ensuite bathroom

Pool house consists of twin beds, a refrigerator and ensuite bathroom.
The villa is also an ideal venue for events, weddings, yoga retreats, and business meetings or seminars due to the layout and separate entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.
Final cleaning is not included and will cost 450€
