Description

This beautiful countryside finca has been fully renovated to a high standard, providing a beautiful blend of traditional features and modern furnishings.

The property is situated on a huge plot, located in a quiet area just a few minutes drive from the coastal town of Santa Eulalia with its beach and harbour.

Inside, the beautiful wood beams, stone walls and large windows and doors create a spacious and cool feeling throughout. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with central island which flows through to the dining room with large table and doors leading out to the veranda. There is also a cosy lounge with comfortable sofas and neutral tones, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

There are four double bedrooms at the property (some can be made into twin rooms), all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Outside, there is a covered alfresco dining terrace with table to seat 12, various shaded and sunny chillout areas and large saltwater swimming pool along with huge wild and manicured gardens.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
