Description
Renovated 5 bedroom villa in Cala LlongaOn entering the main villa there is an open plan living/dining area with sofas, TV, fireplace and large dining table with seats for 10 guests. The brand new, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and features a central island. There is also an osmosis device (which purifies water meaning there is no need for bottles!).
There are 2 bedrooms in the main house, each room has two single beds which can be joined to make a double.
The second, adjoining house, has a further 3 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms feature two single beds which can be joined to make and double and the final room has a bunk bed. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilitites, air conditioning and fans.
Furthermore, in the adjoining house there is a small kitchenette.
Outside the villa offers a lovely private pool with sunken bench. 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols surround the pool. there is a outside seating area as a well as an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a covered terrace with large dining table.
