Description
A large family villa situated between Santa Eularia and San Carlos just a 5-minute drive to the beach of Niu Blau. This villa is 200 years old and has recently been renovated, its surrounded by countryside. The property is fully fenced offering full privacy. There is a private pool with a parasol and 10 sun loungers and outdoor barbecue with dining area.Inside the villa is a lounge with television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and a fireplace.
There are four bedrooms in total downstairs:
Bedroom 1: has a single bed with additional trundle bed and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2: double bed
Bedroom 3: double bed
These two rooms share an air-conditioner.
Bedroom 4 is next to the pool and has a double bed, air conditioning and access to the pool.
These four bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower and bath and the other with just a shower.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning views.
Guests have free use of the sports fields at Santa Eulalia in the mornings where they can enjoy activities such as tennis, paddle tennis and squash.
The maintenance of the garden and pool are on Saturday mornings. Towel and linen change once a week.
