Lovely 4-bedroom family villa close to the villages of Santa Eulalia and San carlos, the villa is in a quiet area surrounded by farmland. The nearest beach is just a 8-minute drive away. Outside the villa is a fully fenced private swimming pool, a dining area with barbecue and a table tennis table. There is a covered room next to the pool are with a pool table, bar and a bathroom with toilet and shower.Inside the villa is a cosy living room with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and television. The kitchen looks older but is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.
