3/4 bedroom villa in Cala Vadella just 500m from the beach.The property has been renovated to a high standard yet still boasts traditional features.
The open living and dining area comprises of a built in sofa with TV and fireplace as well as views to the sea. The dining table can seat 6 guests and this area leads out to a terrace with further seating and also to the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped at features built in appliances and an exit out to a courtyard.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main villa. All of which have a double bed, access to the exterior and private bathrooms.
There is a further guest house with double bed, bathroom and private terrace with sea views. The use of this room is charged additionally outside of July and August.
Outside, there is good sized infinity pool with sea views, sun loungers and parasols as well as two seating areas (one is covered). There is also an covered outdoor kitchen with bar and beautiful views.
