Beautiful, modern villa located in the secure urbanisation of Roca Llisa, wuth stunning sea views over the mediterranean and all the way to Formentera. The fabulous beach Cala Oliviera is just a 5 minute drive from the villa and Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia are just 15 minutes from the villa by car.The wonderful, modern villa offers stunning views from throughout the villa. The open-plan kitchen and living dining areas are flooded with natural sunlight from the floor to ceiling sliding doors that open out to the terrace and pool areas. The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the living area and includes a breakfast bar.
Outside you will find a partially covered al fresco dining area with large table to seat 10 people. The infinity pool is the perfect spot to cool off and take in the incredible views or perhaps relax on the large sofa area that looks out to the beautiful coastline. There is also a BBQ area with Green Egg and small kitchen area. There are sun loungers for 8 people. There is an interior and exterior sonos system meaning music can be played throughout.
Bedrooms:
On the same floor as the living areas is a large double bedroom with access to the poolside terrace and with en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Also on this floor is a second double bedroom with access to the exterior and an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs you are greeted by sliding doors which open from the landing area to a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers wonderful sea views. Also on this floor are three further double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms; two of these bedrooms have access to the terrace.
Central air conditioning system throughout the entire villa. The villa also benefits from a lift.
