Lovely 5-bedroom villa in San Miguel, offer a covered terrace and outdoor dining area which overlooks the barbecue area and pool (11m x 5m). there is a Balinese bed and sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and at the views of the sea in the background.Inside the villa on the main floor is an open plan living room with direct access to the covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table which also has access to the outside terrace. On this floor you will find 1 bedroom with twin beds (can be made into a double), air-conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs there is a living room with 2 sofas, a television and access to another terrace. the remaining 4 bedrooms are on this level and consist of:
Master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
Bedroom 3: twin bedroom with ceiling fan
Bedroom 4: twin beds (can be made into a double) and ceiling fan
Bedroom 5: double bed, air-conditioning and bathroom with bathtub.
In the basement is a utility room with washer and dryer.
Cleaning service: full every 7 days and basic cleaning on weekdays.
