Description
This stunning villa has one of the very best views in Ibiza, perched high above the waters of the Mediterranean, the property boasts unbeatable sunset and sea views.The villa has a modern interior with high quality décor, fixtures and furnishings. The open-plan living area is decorated in neutral tones with comfortable seating areas and a large dining table. A fully fitted Bulthaup kitchen is easily accessed and includes a comfortable breakfast bar. For larger parties and entertaining there is an additional professional kitchen tucked away, perfect for a private chef to cook up a feast. The living areas boast floor to ceiling doors and windows throughout, creating a bright and calming atmosphere with amazing sea and country views.
Upstairs in the tower room you will find a fully equipped office space for those needing to catch up on work.
There are five bedrooms at the property. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed, double-shower, and jet tub along with its own private terrace. Bedrooms two and three are also on the ground floor, both with queen-size bed, ensuite bathrooms and a shared terrace. Bedroom four is located on the main floor and has a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private terrace. The final bedroom has a separate entrance from the main house and has a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
The outdoor area at the property includes a stylish pool deck with kidney-shaped pool surrounded by lounging furniture and a wonderful covered alfresco dining area set amongst the trees. There are various other outdoor dining and relaxing areas where you can take full advantage of the unbeatable sea views, including your very own roof terrace and bar!
There are two friendly housekeepers (a married couple) living in an apartment on the downstairs level, there to cater to your needs.
