Description
This stunning 8-bedroom is set on a huge plot in a countryside location just 1km from San Juan town. The beautiful beaches of the northern coast such as Cala Benirras are within a 15-minute drive.Inside, the ground floor consists of a beautiful, bright living area with quality furnishings and comfortable sofas along with floor to ceiling doors on either side, creating plenty of natural light throughout. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has a central island and doors leading outside, the perfect place to cook up a holiday feast together.
The ground floor also has three bedrooms with outdoor access and two bathrooms, along with a guest toilet.
On the first floor you have two further spacious bedrooms along with the large master bedroom which includes a full bathroom, large dressing room, and an outside terrace with beautiful views of the pool.
The two final bedrooms are located in a guests house which has an outdoor bath and private terraces.
The outside area to this property is truly impressive with huge grounds, covered alfresco dining terrace, various chillout spots, cinema area with projector, children’s play area, large private pool and jacuzzi. This really is the perfect place to enjoy the Island with extended family and friends.
From Monday to Saturday, the breakfast chef serves a continental breakfast buffet. This applies to all months except April and November.
