3 bedroom rural villa just a 10 minute drive to San Juan.San Lorenzo, Santa Eulalia and Santa Gertrudis are 15 minute drive away.
The villa is set on a large plot with artificially lawned garden, private pool and children’s play ground.
The living/dining room comprises of a sofa and dining table with chairs for 6 guests as well as doors out to the terrace. the traditional yet well equipped kitchen is adjacent and has a further breakfast table.
The first two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as doubles, these rooms share a bathroom. The final room is the master double with en-suite and terrace access.
The garden has 6 sun loungers, parasols, dining table and an outdoor BBQ area with sink.
