6 bedroom villa to rent in San Jose.On entering the villa there is an open living room/kitchen. Furnished with comfortable seating, TV and doors out to the pool. The modern kitchen is sleek in design and offers a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. There is a breakfast table with seating for a further 6 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, the first is located near the kitchen, this is a double room with en-suite bathroom. The second room is a double with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool. The final room is also a double with en-suite.
The final bedroom in the main villa is the master, located on the first floor. This is a spacious double room with open en-suite and separate w/c, the room opens to a small balcony. There is a further spacious terrace on this level with sun loungers and beautiful views.
There is a separate annex with a further 2 bedrooms. Both rooms are doubles and share a bathroom.
Outside there is a large private pool measuring 13m x 3.5m surrounded by sun loungers, a day bed and parasols. There is an outdoor dining area with wooden bench.
