Description
This four-bedroom villa is in a great spot, located in a residential area of San Antonio Bay, just a five-minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants.Inside, the ground floor consists of a spacious, open plan living and dining area which is flooded with natural light, along with a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace.
Upstairs are three further double bedrooms. One with ensuite shower room.
Outside, the villa boasts a large garden, complete with a private swimming pool, BBQ and cooking station, and plenty of space for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There are also two upstairs balconies, providing the perfect space for enjoying the beautiful views across San Antonio Bay.
