Description
This charming three-bedroom villa is set in a countryside location just 10 minutes’ drive from the beach and town of San Antonio.The villa consists of two buildings, the main house and the annex, providing plenty of privacy for guests and making it a great choice for groups. The house is a wonderful mixture of traditional Ibizan architecture, with modern touches.
In the main house you have a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating along with a cozy TV area. There is also a large, fully fitted kitchen and beautiful dining area with stone walls and high beamed ceilings along with a pantry and small office.
There are two bedrooms in the main house, the master double with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace and another double bedroom with separate bathroom.
The annex holds the final room which is a spacious double with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool area.
The outside area of this property is impressive, with various places to enjoy the true Ibizan lifestyle. The shaded alfresco dining terrace is perfect for evening meals and seats up to 12 guests. There are further shaded and sunny chillout areas with sofas and comfortable chairs, along with a large saltwater pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas.
