This modern, four bed villa is located in one of the best areas of the island near Ibiza Town, Talamanca beach and the village of Jesus, enjoying wonderful views of the sea and Dalt Vila.The property itself is distributed over three floors;
The main level has an open plan layout providing plenty of space and natural light. Here you have a spacious lounge with TV, comfortable sofas and large sliding doors providing stunning sea views. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you will need to cook up beautiful meals, along with a large central island with stools. This room leads out to an amazing alfresco dining terrace where you can enjoy wonderful sea views. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one double room and one twin room, along with a family bathroom.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a huge double bed, private terrace and ensuite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom on this floor with ensuite bathroom along with a separate office area and bathroom.
The lower level of the villa includes another sitting area with doors leading outside, a double sofa bed and a small gym with toilet.
Outside, you have a private pool, sun loungers and a small garden with lawn.
Final clean and a basic midweek clean with change of towels included in the price.
