Beautiful luxury villa on a large plot located close to Cap Furnet and a few minutes from the centre of Ibiza.On the ground floor you have a spacious and bright living /dining room with comfortable sofa, TV, fireplace and dining table along with doors leading out to the garden and terrace. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen on this level with everything you may need to cook up a feast. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and iron and a separate toilet. Also on this level you will find two of the bedrooms, both doubles with ensuite shower rooms.
In the basement you have your very own gym with plenty of equipment and machines.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub. There is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
There is a separate annex with another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a living room and full kitchen here with doors leading to the garden.
Outside, the large pool is overlooked by a covered al-fresco dining area with BBQ, along with a chill out area.
