Description
A villa with stunning panoramic views over the surrounding mountains of Tamariu. Less than 800m from the beach of Tamariu, the villa is located in one of the quietest corners of the village.The villa is arranged over three floors and accommodation comprises; a spacious living/dining room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a basement/garage.
Four of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa. Three of which have en suite bathrooms and all of them have access to a terrace to enjoy the wonderful surroundings. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom.
From the living room there is access out to the large terrace with plenty of seating and a purpose built BBQ. The pool is a good size with roman steps and is surrounded by lawn.
On the lower ground floor (at street level) is a basement and large garage with plenty of storage space.
