The entrance floor consists of a bright and spacious living and dining room with comfortable seating and TV area along with a dining area, all boasting uninterrupted sea views. From here you have access to the large wrap-around terrace.
Down the first set of stairs, you find five bedrooms:
Suite 1: A double suite with access to a large corner terrace and a large bathroom with shower.
Suite 2: A double suite with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower.
Suite 3: A double suite with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower.
Suite 4: A double suite with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower.
Suite 5: A master double suite with a corner terrace and a bathroom which is integrated into the rock of the property with a beautiful bathtub and a shower area.
All rooms have fantastic sea views, air conditioning and TV.
On this same floor you also have another bathroom and a laundry area with two washing machines and a dryer.
Down another set of stairs is the modern, fully fitted kitchen with central island which opens out to the pool and BBQ area. There is also another bathroom on this floor.
The outdoor space at this villa is truly amazing. The beautiful infinity pool is surrounded by lush landscapes and ocean views. There is also an alfresco dining area, perfect for evenings meals.
On the final level of the property is a gym area with its own bathroom with shower and access to the terrace along with the final two bedrooms.
