Description
Modern house built over three floors with garden and private swimming pool, just 450m from Tamariu beach. The villa is south facing with views over the sea with three terraces.On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/living/dining room with access to the covered dining and BBQ terrace that opens to the pool and garden area with sea view.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and ceiling fan. There is a twin bedroom with ceiling fan and a separate shower room.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, ceiling fans and access to a terrace with sea view. There are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, ceiling fans. Also on this floor is a further double bedroom with ceiling fan but no bathroom. The utility room with washing machine and dryer is also on this floor.
On the upper level is a living area with television, sea view and a terrace. There is also a dining area and a second open plan modern kitchen with access to the terrace. There is also a small office.
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests.
