Description

Fantastic luxury villa in one of the most prestigious areas of Costa Brava, this property is located on top of the hill of the light house of San Sebastian, with spectacular sea views. The outside of the property has a large private pool, a outside kitchen with two barbecues, there is an outdoor chill area with two sofa areas.
There is a large tennis court which can be adapted to a football and basketball court, there is also a ping pong court. A large garden offers plenty of space to run and play.

Inside the villa is split over three levels, on the main floor is big entrance hall which leads to a bright and spacious living room with three sofa areas, a large formal dining room with a mini bar area. This entire area enjoys fantastic sea views. There is a second living room with television, and there is a second informal dining room which also has access to the outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities needed for your stay. On this level there is 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor you will find 8 bedrooms:
A master bedroom with king sized bed, access to two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath) and terrace access
A second master with king sized bed, bathroom and access to the terrace
A third master with king sized bed, bathroom and access to two terraces
A double bedroom with access to the terrace and a shower room
Two bedrooms which can be made up as either twin beds or doubles. Each with an en-suite and terrace access.
Two further bedrooms which can be made up as either twin beds or doubles, each with an en-suite.
There is a further family bathroom on this level

On the ground floor there is a disco room with mini bar and billiards room. There is also a guest bathroom and a laundry room.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
