Description
Lovely stone country house in Mont-Ras with private pool and garden, the house was completely restored in 2020 and is located just 5 minutes away from the beaches and coves in Costa Brava. There is a fantastic outdoor terrace and garden spaces are the perfect spots for relaxing.The house is distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a small entry hall, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the left of the house is a living room with television, fireplace, and access to a large indoor barbecue area. There is also an outdoor terrace with dining areas.
Also, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a twin room and a bathroom with shower which can be used as a courtesy bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 3: double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 4: double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: twin beds and a private bathroom with shower.
All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The house has a large private parking area and sleeps 10 Guests.
