The house is divided into three levels and has an outdoor parking space.On the ground floor we have the entrance, the kitchen with a breakfast area and laundry room with washing machine, living room with access to a large sunny terrace and a private garden furnished with sun beds and outdoor dining furniture.
The first floor has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and one with a shower.
On the upper level we find a large studio with a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a nice terrace.
