The property comprises of a double height living room with large sofa and TV, from here there is a dining area with table seating 10 and doors to the terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped and boasts a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, two of which are double rooms, the 3rd room has a sofa bed and the final room has a bunk bed – suitable for children. The bedrooms share access to 2 bathrooms.

Outside the villa offers a lovely lawned garden dotted with seating, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a good sized private pool with roman steps.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
