On entering the villa there is an open living room with sofas, TV, fireplace, doors to the terrace and stairs to the mezzanine level which can be used as a study or snug. From the living room you have the dining area with table and chairs seating 10 guests as well as doors to a terrace. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and laundry area.

All four bedrooms are located off the dining/kitchen area. The first bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and terrace access. The next two bedrooms are twin rooms which share access to a shower room, these rooms also have terrace access. The final room is the master double with full en-suite and terrace access.

Various terraces offer relaxing seating areas.

The property is set on a 23-hectare plot which hosts this villa as well as two further properties. All three properties share access to the gardens and communal pool with pool deck and sun loungers.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.
