4 bedroom villa in Comporta.

Set in a peaceful area yet just a 5 minute drive from Carvalhal and 10 minutes from the beach.

The ground floor is ideal for entertaining with its open plan design. The living area boasts comfortable sofas and TV as well as doors to the terrace and a large skylight allowing ample natural light. From here there is a dining area with wooden table seating up to 10 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is the bright, fully equipped kitchen featuring a central island.

Also on the ground floor there is the first bedroom. This is a double room with TV and en-suite shower room as well as access to a small courtyard. There is a further guest w/c on this level.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with sun loungers. The final two bedrooms are twin rooms, each with its own shower room. These rooms have a connecting sliding door. This level has an office area with desktop computer.

Outside, there is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining and a further outdoor lounging area. There is a good sized private pool and pool deck with sun loungers and outdoor shower. Furthermore there is a charcoal BBQ and poolside w/c.
Bikes are available for exploring the surrounding areas.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
