Beautiful countryside villa in Melides.This 5 bedroom villa, set back in the hills, offers complete privacy and surrounded by nature trails which lead down to the sea.
On entering the villa there is a spacious living room with comfortable furnishings and large glass doors to the terrace, boasting beautiful views. From here you have the kitchen and dining room with table seating 12 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with large central island.
There are 5 bedrooms in total. 2 of which are double rooms, 2 twin rooms and a double bunk room, there are also 5 bathrooms.
Some of the bedrooms can be prepared as either twins or doubles, please enquire for more information.
The exterior of the villa offers stunning country views. There are muitliple terraces including the large pool facing terrace with dining table and seating area. The lawned garden leads to the 14 metre infinity pool.
The rental includes an in housemaid with the following services 6 days per week:
Daily cleaning
Making the bed in the morning and turn down service
Preparing breakfast and light lunch – clients choice
Helping with dinner preparation
Setting the table and cleaning away
Weekly linen change
Bathroom towels changed every 4 days and pool towels every 7
