Master suite with a super king bed, walk-in closet with 2 wardrobes, open space bathroom with a bathtub with jacuzzi and a separate shower and 2 sinks.
On the 1st floor you have a great private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake.

1 single bed with an extra bed located below
1 bathroom next to the single bedroom
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
A bright entrance hall leads into the spacious living area and a well equipped kitchen. The living area has three different spaces - a dining area, and two living living areas with cable TV, wifi and comfortable seating. There is also a fireplace and door leading out to the garden and terrace.
Outside is a well-maintained garden with fantastic lake and golf views. An al-fresco dining area, shaded by electric awnings is great for evening means along with a variety of outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ.
The large private pool is gated and surrounded by lawn and sun loungers. Pool heating is available at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
There is also an outdoor WC.
This is a wonderful villa for large families or golfers looking for a sunny escape.
