Description
This fantastic villa is situated in Vilamoura and benefits from spacious open plan living areas. The living room features a separate comfy seating area with double patio doors leading out to the poolside terrace. There is a TV lounge area packed with entertainment gadgets including a large flat screen TV, cable and satellite channels including sports, Blu-ray DVD player and a Bose Surround Sound system.There is a wonderful open plan kitchen and dining area with dining table for 10 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances, including a fridge freezer, wine chiller, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, juicer and central island with electric hobs and extractor.
On the lower level of the villa there is a laundry room .
All of the bedrooms have air con available, equipped with flat screen TVs and are complete with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms.
Bedroom one is a double room with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom two is a double room with a large walk-in shower en-suite.
Bedroom three has doors to the terrace and an en-suite with large walk-in shower.
Bedroom four is a twin room with doors out to the side gardens and an en-suite with large walk-in shower.
Bedroom five is the Master bedroom with a double bed, doors to the side terrace and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower unit.
The villa is situated on an extensive plot with lawned gardens and free-form design infinity pool with a separate shallow area. The main pool measures approximately 5 x 12 metres and the separate shallow pool measures approximately 3.5 x 4 metres.
The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
The terrace is equipped with a gas BBQ and built-in charcoal BBQ, patio furniture and exterior dining table.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge.
