Stunning 6-bedroom villa surrounded by the lush beauty of Oceânico Pinhal Golf, Unwind on the patio area surrounded by pine trees and a view of the lovely 9m x 5m private pool. there is also a bubbling jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation, facing the swimming pool is a wooden deck with furniture. Sun loungers are available for the guests as well as outdoor dining table for outdoor meals by the barbecue.In the back of the garden there is a putting green and playground for the children this includes a slide, swings, and a wooden playhouse.
Inside the villa is a large kitchen with granite tops fully equipped with all the appliances needed for your stay, the kitchen also has access to the pool and door leading straight to the barbecue. There is a living room with television and fireplace and large comfy leather sofas. The dining room has an extendable table and the whole area has doors leading to the pool. Downstairs there is a laundry room with washer and dryer, a games room and small exercise room but that’s not all this villa also has its own cinema room.
There are six bedrooms in the villa, bedroom one is the master room with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, bedrooms two-four twin beds and ensuite bathrooms, bedroom five has two single beds and a shared bathroom, bedroom six has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
