Description

4-bedroom villa in Vilamoura.

On entering the villa there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, TV and doors out to the garden. From here you have access to the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6, and further doors out to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is adacjent to the dining area and features everything you need including a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. The first bedroom is a twin room (can be made up as a double) with en-suite, the second room is a double bedroom with en-suite and doors to the garden/terrace.
The first-floor boats 2 good sized double rooms, each with en-suites and terrace access.

Outside there is a covered terrace with large dining table and chairs, the terrace then opens up to an outdoor sofa area with parasol. Before you reach the pool you have 2 lawned areas, one comprising of a children’s climbing frame.

There is a large, heatable private pool with both roman steps and a ladder. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
