The first floor is made up of the left and right wing. One of which is accessed from the stairs in the entrance hall. Consisting of the master double with en-suite bathroom, balcony and golf views; and the second bedroom which has twin beds, en-suite and balcony.
The second staircase which is located in the kitchen, leads up to another bedroom with double bed, en-suite and balcony.
The final bedroom is located on the lower level, this is a double room with natural light and en-suite.
Furthermore this level boasts an entertainment room with pool table, sofa and doors to the patio. There is a separate laundry room.
Outside, there is a large private pool with roman steps, surrounding by 8 sun loungers. The pool terrace hosts a dining table, chairs and BBQ. There is also a lawned garden and beautiful golf views.
