Lovely 4-bedroom villa in a great location, just a short walk from the wonderful amenities of the Praca and beach of Vale do Lobo. The villa is located in a cul-de-sac just off the main road in Vale do Lobo and features a private kidney-shaped swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Automatic gates give access to the driveway with ample parking space.The ground floor comprises the entrance hall with guest cloakroom, the open plan living-dining room with doors that open to the partially covered dining terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with breakfast area and doors that open to the outside. There are also two bedrooms on this level, one twin and one double, with en-suite shower rooms.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where two further double bedroom suites are located, both have a private terrace.
Outside, surrounding the kidney-shaped pool, are sun loungers, a corner-sofa seating area, Jacuzzi and poolside shower. There is also a built in BBQ and covered dining space just off the living area. To the side and part of the front of the villa is a grass lawn area.
