Description

Five bedroom villa located in the heart of the luxury Vale do Lobo resort in the Algarve and within approximately 15 minutes walk of the beach and Praca. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout with private pool that can be heated at an extra charge and lovely furnished outdoor terraces to enjoy.

The living room is air conditioned with a flatscreen cable T.V. and large sliding doors that open onto the upper terrace. The separate kitchen with breakfast table is fully equipped with all the usual modern appliances.

There are 5 air conditioned bedrooms; two are on the entrance level, one is down a few steps from the entrance level and the final two are in the lower level. At the entrance level, a corridor leads off the living area to a double bedroom with access to a shower room that is located off the corridor. To the other side of the living room is a small hall with access to a second double bedroom with flatscreen T.V. doors to the outside and an en-suite shower room. From the hall a few steps lead down to a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Further stairs lead down to the lower level where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate shower and a twin bedroom also with en-suite shower room. Both of the downstairs bedrooms have access to the pool terrace.

Outside, the pool is located on the lower level with tiled surround, sunloungers and hanging egg chair. Stairs lead up to the upper terrace that overlooks the pool and can also be accessed from the living area. N.B. the pool photos were taken out of season. The upper terrace is well furnished with comfortable seating area and a charcoal BBQ and dining area shaded by a pergola.

Accommodation is for 10 people.

2 weeks minimum rental in the peak season.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
