A magnificent and contemporary four bedroom villa in Vale do Lobo, with ocean views and close to the nearby beautiful beach.

This villa features cable, wi-fi internet, swimming pool, a roof terrace with a jacuzzi hot tub. The property benefits throughout from a centralised air conditioning system and electric shutters.

The living room is located on the entrance level of the property and is equipped with a flat screen TV, sound system and a DVD/CD player. Double patio doors open out onto the shaded poolside terrace area. The kitchen and dining room are of an open plan design and through double patio doors you also have access directly out onto the poolside terrace. The modern kitchen with appliances include an American fridge freezer; microwave; oven; coffee machine and dishwasher. On the lower level of the villa, a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom one is a double room situated on the lower level of the villa, TV with cable channels and an en suite shower room. This bedroom receives plenty of natural light and has direct access, via an exterior staircase, to the pool area. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom on the ground (entrance) level of the villa, with a TV with cable channels; an en suite bathroom. On the first floor of the villa you will find bedrooms three and four, which share a superb south facing terrace overlooking the pool area and with ocean views. Bedroom three is the Master double room, with air conditioning and en suite shower. Bedroom four is a twin room with a separate dressing area and en suite bathroom.

A staircase from the first floor of the villa takes you up to the exclusive roof terrace with private Jacuzzi hot tub which takes full advantage of the front line ocean views and a gas BBQ. The private swimming pool is of an infinity design. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and the shaded terrace houses a dining table and chairs, positioned next to the villas second gas BBQ and food preparation area. A neat lawn garden lines the side of the villa.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
