Description
This striking villa is located in the prestigious area of Quinta do Lago, boasting views across Encosta do Lago, whilst being close to shops, restaurants and the beach.The villa is built over three floors with 6 bedrooms and finished to a beautiful standard throughout.

The lounge has a plasma TV with Sky channels and DVD player. Both the living and dining room offer access out to the great covered, furnished terrace where you can enjoy the views.
The custom-built kitchen is contemporary and well equipped, with appliances set flush against the walls. A door leads from the kitchen straight out to the terrace and BBQ area.
Also on the ground floor are the first three bedrooms; one double with en-suite and two twins, both with en-suites.
On the first floor is another twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the master suite with private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features an all-glass shower box and twin vanity sink units, plus a stand-alone tub.
Down on the lower ground floor there is a fabulous indoor heated swimming pool plus a steam room, sauna and gym. Also downstairs is the 6th and final bedroom as well as a wine cellar, laundry and maids room. The indoor swimming pool has double doors leading directly out to the garden and outdoor pool area.
Outside, the garden of Mediterranean flowers and lawned gardens surround a second swimming pool. Steps lead up from the pool area to the covered terrace with a fantastic BBQ and outdoor dining area.
